Adv. Chirag Dave is a practicing advocate based in Pune, with over six years of experience in the legal field, currently associated with a law firm. He also has experience in the compliance industry, where he has advised and worked closely with corporate clients.

His practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, along with general corporate advisory. He regularly represents individuals and corporate clients in arbitration proceedings, matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and civil and commercial disputes, while also advising corporate clients on legal, regulatory, and statutory compliances.

His areas of professional interest include corporate and commercial drafting, arbitration and insolvency proceedings, competition law, and property and real estate laws. His work is driven by a practical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach, bringing real-world insights into legal learning.

In addition to his professional practice, he serves as a visiting faculty at various law colleges in Pune, where he engages with students on subjects relating to corporate law and dispute resolution.
