ABOUT THE EDUCATOR – Adv. Himanshu Anand

Adv. Himanshu Anand is a dynamic legal professional and Trademark Attorney with extensive experience in litigation, corporate advisory, compliance, and legal training. He holds academic qualifications in Forensic Science, LL.B., and LL.M. in Criminal Law, along with specialized certifications in POSH Laws and Behavioral Sciences.

He is currently empaneled as a Panel Advocate with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and regularly advises organizations on compliance frameworks, policy formulation, grievance redressal mechanisms, and strategic legal matters.

As a Certified POSH Trainer, he has conducted impactful training sessions for reputed organizations including HSL Asia Limited, Softobiz, Autope Payment Solutions Limited, and Global Data, focusing on employee sensitization, Internal Committee (IC) training, POSH policy drafting, and compliance. He also serves as an External Member in POSH proceedings.

His litigation practice spans criminal and civil matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and District Courts, including writ petitions, criminal revisions, matrimonial disputes, appeals, and negotiable instruments cases. In addition, he actively advises clients on trademark registration, protection, and enforcement, helping businesses safeguard their intellectual property rights.

He also brings academic experience as a former Assistant Professor, having taught subjects such as Civil Procedure Code, Law of Torts, and Labour Law, combining academic depth with practical expertise.

Through this course, he aims to provide learners with practical exposure, structured understanding, and real-world insights, helping them build a strong foundation in litigation practice.
